About
James “Noah” Greear is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families across therapeutic school, outpatient, residential, and in-home settings.
Throughout his career, Noah has worked extensively with teenage boys and young adult men navigating emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, academic and athletic pressure, family conflict, and the transition into adulthood.
His approach is steady, structured, and practical. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Noah helps clients build awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop the skills necessary to move forward with greater clarity and direction.
Sessions are collaborative but purposeful. The goal is not simply to “talk about feelings,” but to build insight, accountability, and real-world tools that support growth outside of the therapy room.
Parents often appreciate his calm, direct style. Young men value that therapy feels grounded, respectful, and focused on progress.
